Acceptance of Agreement

By opening an account on the 077bd platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

077bd's services are available only to individuals who are 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. When opening an account, you must confirm that:

077bd reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

Account Management

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed. It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are liable for any unauthorised activity carried out using your account.

• Do not share your account password with anyone.
• If you forget your password, notify the support team immediately.
• Transact under your own identity — using another person's name or a third-party payment method is not permitted.

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at 077bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 077bd:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 7 for details).
• 077bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit at 077bd, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit).
• The bonus applies only once — on the first deposit for each user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = bonus funds become withdrawable after ৳30,000 in bets.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — contact the support team for details.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to any bonus or promotion at 077bd:

• Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or attempting to manipulate the system in order to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all accounts being closed.
• 077bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• 077bd's decision will be considered final in any dispute relating to bonuses.

VIP Tiers & Cashback

By playing regularly at 077bd, you can advance through the various tiers of the VIP program. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Eligibility to advance to a higher tier is determined based on your overall activity on the platform. Your account must remain active to receive cashback benefits.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 077bd platform:

• Fraudulent activity, use of software bots or automated systems.
• Operating accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting.
• Transferring funds from another user's account to your own.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

Involvement in any of these activities will result in permanent account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Limits of Platform Liability

077bd is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform and uses SSL encryption and fair play technology. However, 077bd will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses arising from a user's own negligence (such as sharing login credentials).
• Internet connection failures or issues caused by the user's device.
• Issues arising from the actions of third parties (payment providers).

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by requesting it from the support team. However, before closing your account:

• Withdraw your available balance.
• Withdrawals are possible once any active bets have been settled.
• Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

077bd may also close a user's account in the event of a rules violation.
